A Healthy and Easy salad recipe

Salad is an art of vibrant, healthy, and in-season meals that came from a summer mixture of home-planted green veggies and sometimes with extra meat and sauce. In different cultures, we have different kinds of making salad; for instance, the Mediterranean pasta and rice Salad or the mouth-watering Hawaiian Cheesecake Fluff Dessert Salad. However, in today's blog, I will show some simple directions of how to make a slaw salad- which typically the most common way to make your own salad within seconds.

INGREDIENTS:
-We will need-
1. Chopped raw vegetables: Veggies are the main one of the main factors that creates the "salad". Normally, we will only need basic, raw vegetables such as lettuce, herbs, carrots, green beans, cucumber, potatoes, tomatoes, olives, and broccoli (those are optional, you can change or add to fit your taste)
2. Fruits(optional): It could be sliced or dried avocado, mangoes, apples, or raisins. These would be for the topping for the salad.
3. Sesame sauce
4. Soft or hard cheese: mozzarella, feta, ricotta, etc.
5. Hard-boiled eggs
6. Seafood(optional): cooked tuna, shrimp, or crab meat
7. Corn and salsa
8. Salt, lemon, and sugar

HOW TO MAKE IT:
1. Chop the veggies and every other ingredient into bite-sized pieces. Don't cut it too big or small
2. Put them all into a bowl, except the eggs. Gently stir them around once or twice.
3. Pour the sesame sauce, salt, and sugar into the mixture. Stir them several times and taste it to see if it fits your taste.
4. If it is too sweet, sour, or salty, and some lemon. It would balance the taste.
5. Put the eggs in. Very gentle stir to mix it with other ingredients.
6. Finish and Enjoy!

Tips (from my experience):
+ Buy non-bitter lettuce for kids because they usually don't like a bitter taste in their salad. Lettuce would be not bitter when their leaves are round, not curl like corals.
+ Choose dark color spinach (this can be applied to many others) instead of the pale, white leaves because those light colors have low nutritions.
+ If you put too much salt and sugar, use lemon to balance the taste. Also, try to avoid overseasoning
+ Stir the mixture before the egg first and then put the eggs in or else it would become a mess.
+ NEVER use wet leaves, after you had a wash, you should let them dry.
+ Please make sure that potatoes, sesame is cooked.
+ If you want the taste to be more unique, add Greek yogurt or sour cream to your sauce mixture.
+ Cut the lettuce into bite-sized pieces
+ Use small tomatoes so you don't have to cut the tomatoes :)
